It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Charles Percy Babcock on March 29, 2026, at the age of 75.
Charles was born in Port Arthur, Ontario on September 15, 1950. He moved to Winnipeg with his family in 1962. As a young man Charles lived in Gillam Manitoba when he worked for Hydro, Fort McMurray, Alberta while working in the oil sands and Calgary, Alberta before returning to Winnipeg.
Charles was predeceased by his father, George and mother, Claire, his brother, George and sisters Donna and Sharon. He was also predeceased by nephews, Randall, Jeffery, Joshua, Danny and Korri.
Charles will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Katherine and Candace and his granddaughter Lilith, and Candace’s daughters Natalie and Serena.
He is also survived by his brother, Michael and sister, Belinda and numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes no formal funeral service will be held.
