Erika Kovich

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Erika Kovich, who passed away at home, surrounded by family, on August 10, 2026, her 68th birthday.

Erika was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones and especially treasured the time she shared with her grandchildren. Her kindness, love, and unwavering support touched the lives of those around her and created countless memories that will be held close forever.

Erika was predeceased by her parents, Gerhardt and Gertrude Discher. She leaves behind and will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Donald Kovich; her sons, Dennis and Dustin Kovich (Nikki); her daughter, Destiny Jaworski (Dylan); her brothers, Dieter (Debbie), Erwin, Hans, and Eddie (Beth) Discher; as well as her beloved grandchildren, Julian Kovich, Quinn, Evan, and Lucas Jaworski who brought immeasurable happiness to her life.

Erika’s love for her family was evident in everything she did. She found her greatest fulfillment in watching her children and grandchildren grow, celebrating their accomplishments, and creating lasting memories together. Her loving presence, gentle spirit, and dedication to those she cared for will be dearly missed but forever remembered.

In keeping with Erika’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. She will be remembered privately by family and friends and celebrated through their memories.

Though she is gone from our sight, she will remain forever in our hearts.
