The family of George Ducharme are heartbroken to announce his passing on April 14, 2026, at the age of 67 after a two-year battle with cancer.
George is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Lori Ducharme; his sons Cameron Ducharme and George Ducharme Jr.; his grandchildren Justin, Savannah, Hailey, Charlie, Clara and Adrianna; his brothers-in-law Russell (Lynn) Whitney and James Whitney; his sister-in-law Sandy Whitney (Fred Craig); and numerous nieces and nephews, friends, coworkers and everyone else that crossed his path.
George was predeceased by his mom, Theresa Ducharme (1998); his dad, Adrien Ducharme (1985); his sister, Sandra Ducharme (1977); his brother, Raymond Ducharme (2016); and is eldest Son, Joseph Ducharme (2024).
George was an auto mechanic for 33 years at Minute Muffler. His next adventure was opening a tattoo studio for 10 years, Evolution Ink, with his eldest son. He ended his career as a shuttle driver for Gerry Gordon Mazda.
George fought a good fight against this horrible disease, but lost the battle on April 14, 2026, at St. Boniface Hospital.
The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff who took care of George. They were all wonderful and he never hesitated to tell them that himself.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
