JoAnne was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She always had a warm and happy personality, making friends wherever she went. She enjoyed spending time sharing stories and catching up with her family & friends over a cup of coffee.
Her most enjoyed activities were camping, traveling, playing card games, weekend shopping trips to the U.S., evening bike rides with her family, gardening, spending time with family and friends at the family cabin in Grand Beach, and cherishing every minute she spent with her grandchildren.
JoAnne enjoyed traveling to Rainy River any chance she got to visit with her parents, where they would spend time gardening in one of their many gardens, cooking and baking the days meals for all that were there visiting and ending every evening playing card games together.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 11:00 am in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 505 Brewster Street, Winnipeg, MB.
