Siunn Gudrun Freda (Johnson) Munro

It’s with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Siunn Gudrun Freda Munro (nee Johnson) of Winnipeg on August 29th 2024, at the age of 84 years with family by her side.

Siunn is survived by her husband of 65 years Arnold. Daughter Heather (Bob), Son Doug (Lise), Grandkids; Candace (Mike), their son Brenden, Louise (Kelsey), Wesley (Avery), Amy, and Matthew. Brothers; Fred (Dolly), Chris (Susie), and Bill (Lynn), as well as many nieces and nephews and grand fur babies. Siunn is predeceased by her parents; Frederick and Anna, and her sisters Doreen and Joanne. 

We would like to send out sincere gratitude to all the staff at Park Manor Personal Care Home for there unwavering love and support. Special thanks to Grace, Brenda, Wanita and Eleanor.

You may have passed on, but your memories will always live on within us. Thank you for your sacrifices, your care and concern, your love and everything that you have done for us. I know you are in a much better place. We will be forever grateful and thankful that you were our Wife, Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma.

Celebration of Life to be held at Park Manor Personal Care Home on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 11am – 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations in Siunn's honour can be made to the CancerCare Manitoba.
