Willem Trio van der Vis

On Wednesday November 19, 2025, Willem (Bill) van der Vis passed away peacefully at the age of 80.

He is survived by his wife Kathy; and her children, Scott (Kim) Kuz, and Amanda Kuz; as well as three grandchildren Seren Whalen, Leo and Charlotte Kuz; and his sister Mary Riddell.

He was predeceased by his father, mother, and two brother.

The family wishes to thank Fred Douglas Lodge for the care provided to Bill over the last 17 months. As per Bill’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
